According to the National Laboratory of Public Health on Sunday morning, 373 people in our country currently suffer from a disease caused by a coronavirus infection. Eighty-five people have died from it, and another 13 have died from coronavirus from other causes. 1644 have recovered from COVID-19 infection, and 144 individuals are currently in isolation.

During the previous day, 1,856 samples were analyzed for suspected COVID-19 infection, and a total of 526,339 samples have been analyzed to date.

According to preliminary data, 26 contact persons have been identified and the final list of contact persons is being reviewed.

A case was identified in Panevėžys related to a company where 2 cases of the disease have already been registered. Isolated 3 people: 2 in the workplace and 1 in the family. The person experienced symptoms on July 29.

The case was confirmed in Panevėžys for a person who does not feel symptoms. The person was prophylactically examined for a close person. There are no contact persons in the family, but 9 persons are isolated in the workplace.
