The morbidity rate is being reduced to coordinate border opening policies with the other Baltic States and the European Union.
So far, countries with a COVID-19 incidence rate of more than 25 cases per 100,000 in the past 14 days have been considered affected. population.
Under current agreements, people from affected countries are subject to mandatory isolation for 14 days. However, if the 14-day morbidity reaches 25 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, foreigners from these countries are prohibited from entering unless they are subject to special exemptions provided by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
It is recalled that, according to epidemiological indicators, the list of affected countries is updated every Friday and takes effect on Monday.
