Recommendations for health institutions:

2. It is recommended that institutions that do not have their own internal information systems and maintain a patient’s medical history through the ESPBI IS portal process the patient’s paper data and submit the required documents to the ESPBI IS after recovery.

3. When prescribing medications for a patient, it is recommended to issue a prescription on paper. When prescribing reimbursable or MPP drugs, a prescription form for Form 3 or Form 3 (in exceptional cases) must be completed. If the patient does not have a passport for reimbursable medications, a new one must be issued. Where to get the prescription forms?

A paper prescription for non-refundable drugs (Form 1 paper prescription form) can be printed and copied at the treatment facility itself.
