Justas Jankauskas joined the Vilnius Morning Club, who will replace Julius Sarapinas as CEO. He will be responsible for the effective office management processes, financial management and business performance, daily work with club members and sponsors.
Jankauskas will also help develop cooperation with the capital’s strongest women’s basketball team, Kibirkšties. At the same time, he will be the boss of Kibirkšties.
Jankauskas became the team boss Vilnius Kibirkšties a few months ago, and in 2017-2019. He also held the position of principal at the Capital Basketball School.
“Of course, this is the biggest challenge in my career and, at the same time, a great opportunity to work for one of the strongest Lithuanian sports organizations,” said Jankauskas. – It is gratifying that the “Rytas” club strives to contribute to the well-being of “Kibirkšties” by sharing its resources. Ryto klubas will assist the Kibirkšties team with the available infrastructure, clothing production, the search for new sponsors, joint projects and other important aspects that will help to establish a stronger foundation.
