The first contract was signed on March 21 of this year, as announced in the content of the contract, in the city of Barcelona. It was signed by Vytautas Vidmantas Zimnickas, the then late director of NVSPL.
The total amount of this contract is 3 million. 427 thousand 200 euros, of which 2 million euros 494 thousand 195.20 euros to pay in a bank account of the Spanish company and 1 million euros USD to a Chinese manufacturer.

Another contract was signed on March 23 of this year, also, as announced, in Barcelona. It was re-signed by V. V. Zimnickas.
