Municipalities feel prepared

Pilot projects were offered to both the capital and other municipalities last week.

“The test is not over yet, there will be another test at the end of this week, when we can really say that we have all the information on these two weeks. So far, from what we have, the experiment appears to have paid off and the Vilnius City Municipality is ready to expand to include more educational institutions.
