2 deaths from coronavirus were under 60 years old: an infection was diagnosed on the eve of death

The National Public Health Center (NVSC) reported the deaths of two people between 50 and 59 years old on Monday morning. Both deaths were recorded in Telšiai county.

As portal Delphi Justina Petravičienė, a public information specialist with the Vilnius Department of the NVSC, said that one of the deceased in the age group 50-59 was a resident of the Rietavas Parish Nursing Home with comorbidities.

The person died on December 3 at the Telšiai Regional Hospital. The COVID-19 was approved on December 1.

A large COVID-19 fireplace burns in the Rietavas parish home for the elderly. The first cases were registered here on November 7 and increased from November 12 to 19.

In this approach, a total of 52 cases of coronavirus were confirmed. The coronavirus claimed the lives of the residents of 4 nursing homes in the parish of Rietavas. In addition to this person, two more nursing home residents in the 70-79 age group and 1 person over 90 years of age died.

A total of 1,386 new cases of coronavirus infection and 11 deaths from COVID-19 were reported on Monday.

4 deaths were recorded in Telšiai county. The subjects belonged to the age groups 50-59, 60-69 and 70-79.

2 deaths were recorded in Klaipeda County. The individuals belonged to the age groups 70-79 and 90-99.

In Tauragė County there were 2 deaths. The individuals belonged to the age group 70 to 79 years.

2 deaths were recorded in Panevėžys county. The individuals belonged to the age group 70 to 79 years.

One death was recorded in Marijampolė County. The person belonged to the age group 80 to 89 years.
