19 new cases of coronavirus in Lithuania: 6 related to an outbreak at a sheriff’s office in Panevėžys

The fourth case was registered in Panevėžys county. The person was found on July 24. He returned from Russia. Specific coronavirus symptoms were experienced during the trip. After the trip, the person was isolated, no contact persons were identified.

The fifth case was also reported in Panevėžys County. The person was found to have returned from Poland. The study for coronavirus infection was performed for perceived symptoms. Contact persons are identified.

10 cases were associated with foci of the disease

The eighth case was established in Šiauliai County. COVID-19 disease has been confirmed in a person who has been in contact with a patient. Because the person had a high-risk exposure, they were isolated in isolation after the onset of symptoms. No exposed persons have been identified.

The ninth of the confirmed cases yesterday (Vilnius County) was identified in a person who had been in contact with an infected coronavirus. It was discovered that he had no contact with other people.

The tenth case concerns a transport company in Kaunas. The coronavirus has been confirmed in an Uzbek citizen who has been exposed to previously confirmed cases of COVID-19.
