According to an online and local retailer in Guatemala, known as “MAX”, a Prince of Persia Remake comes to the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 this November.
Bloomberg video reporter Jason Schreier apparently supported that statement over on Twitter:
“Video game retailers know for sure that Ubisoft is leaking its surprising announcements”
One individual said she did the net believe it and the insider of the sector then told her that her tweet would not age properly.
So, what is this supposed remake? Video game historian and Nintendo Life contributor Liam Robertson thinks so power be based on the “original” Prince of Persia game (if it really is). Of course, there have been a lot of revisits over the years.
Ubisoft will host its next online broadcast (Ubisoft Forward) in September. If this statement is legitimate, we think we’ll hear more about it then.
