Nintendo has unveiled a new limited edition Switch console that will be available in retail next month, featuring the Battle Royale event. Fornite Act as the main selling point.
The new console has only been confirmed in Europe (October 30), and Australia, Australia and New Zealand (November 6), and includes all of the following:
- Nintendo Switch console with unique Fortnite design on the back
- Distinctive Yellow Joy-Con (L) and Blue Joy-Con (R)
- Nintendo Switch dock with unique Fortnite design
- Fornite pre-installed
- Wildcat bundle download code, Wildcat outfit and two additional styles, Slick Strike Back Bling and two additional styles and access to 2000 V-boxes
Since its launch on Switch in June 2018, Fortnite has become the most downloaded download game ever launched on Europe’s Nintendo hardware, so it’s hardly surprising to see such a bundle in stores.
The suggested retail price of the console in Australia will be AU 469.95. No prices have been confirmed for Europe yet.
