Kuo: MacBook redesigned with Apple Silicon in the second half of 2021

In the second half of 2021, Apple plans to introduce additional MBK models with Silicon, according to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, as part of the company’s two-year transition away from Intel processors on its Mac lineup.

In a research note obtained by MCumers today, Kuo said that the new design will appear in the MBQbook Dello. Kuo did not specify which models this would be, but he had previously claimed that the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models with Apple Silicon would be launched in the second quarter or third quarter of 2021.

Other rumored Apple Plus silicone mixes include a 24-inch redesigned iMac and a smaller version of the Mac Pro Tower.

The first Mac with a custom M1 chip, including Custom Paul’s new MacBook Air, lower-end 13-inch MacBook Pro and MacMini, began reaching customers last week. Models that continue to use Intel processors for the time being include the 13-inch MBQ Pro four Thunderbolt ports, the 16-inch MBQ Pro, iMac, iMac Pro and M Pro Pro.

Kuo added that demand for the new iPad Air has been better than expected. Looking forward to 2021, he expects the iPad to accelerate growth with the adoption of new technologies such as mini-LED backlighting and 5G support. Kuo expects the new-priced iPad to launch in the second half of 2021 – possibly the ninth-generation iPad.

Kuo also expects third-generation airports to launch in the second quarter at the end of 2021. He has previously claimed that the design of third-generation AirPods will be “similar to that of AirPods Pro”, but probably without canceling the active sound.

Finally, Kuo predicted that “the speed of the new Apple Pull Watch shipment in 2021 will benefit from innovative health management functions and improved form factor design,” but it’s not clear if it refers to the new aluminum casing options of the Blue Pull and Series 6 series or the blue aluminum. Apple redesigned the Watch Series 7 models.
