Kristin, 33, also gave her social media followers a glimpse of the recipes before the book is available for purchase on September 29.

“I came home with the first copy of True Comfort and I couldn’t be more excited,” said the mother of three in an Instagram clip after returning to Nashville after a brief trip to Los Angeles earlier in the week. ‘Guys, I can’t wait!’
