Kris Jenner sells the Hidden Hills tribute for $ 15M

It’s curtains for this particular reality TV show house.

As the summer heat wave continues to rage, Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner has unexpectedly sold her headquarters in star-studded Hidden Hills, California, for exactly $ 15 million in an off-market, all-cash deal. The transaction was closed last week, real estate records, although the house was never publicly offered for sale on the market.

In a bizarre coincidence – or maybe it is not – the buyer of the Jenner Harvard estate honore grad and German heiress Katharina Harf, the younger daughter of cosmetics guru Peter Harf, he is the current chairman and CEO of beauty juggernaut Coty, Inc. Coty made international headlines when it acquired Kylie Jenner’s brand Kylie Cosmetics for $ 600 million in cash; Forbes subsequently reported that Kris Jenner raked in a whopping $ 60 million for herself on this deal alone.

Jenner bought the modern farmhouse-style home about $ 10 million about three years ago, and then hired award-winning designers Tommy and Kathy Clements and Waldo Fernandez to give the place a refined makeover; the glitzy resulting product was published last year in Architectural Digest. Even with the expensive interior renovations, it seems clear that the ever-smart businesswoman and even titled “momager” still profited with a huge profit on this deal.

Located almost directly across the street from the much larger house of Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West, the former Jenner tombs offer a glass front door that swings open into a cavernous foyer offset by formal living and dining rooms, the former with a fireplace and the latter with a custom dining set, an expensive Yoshitomo Nara painting and a vintage credenza formerly owned by Ellen DeGeneres.

In addition, walnut flooring leads to a kitchen of a chic chef with Italian marble slabs that opens onto the family room, equipped during Jenner’s reign with a rare Lalanne sheep sculpture. Also downstairs is the master suite, tucked away in its own separate wing, which is packed into a walk-in closet and enormous bathroom with enough marble to fill a medium-sized quarry.

Upstairs there is a second family room with a wet bar, several guest suites and a gym. The property also includes a swimming pool, grassy garden area and an outdoor kitchen with a fire pit.

As a veteran connoisseur of luxury real estate, Jenner continues to maintain a heavy portfolio that includes a $ 12 million desert residence in La Quinta, California, as well as three multi-million dollar condos in Calabasas, at least two of which are owned by family members. She also owns another Hidden Hills mansion that became famous on “Keeping up with the Kardashians” and which she once shared with ex-husband Caitlyn Jenner. Today, that house is occupied by Rob Kardashian and grandmother Dream Kardashian.
