Kim did not even know he was in treatment when the info came out.
The Kardashians were angry at Scott Disick after his stay in a rehab facility leaked online earlier this year.
In a new sneak peek at the upcoming season of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”, both Kim and Kourtney Kardashian react after the confidential Intel hit the press.
“I heard Scott went to rehab by watching it online,” Kim said in a confession, “and it looks like someone at the facility was leaking a photo of him and I feel really bad for him.”
Kourtney discussed with her sister and confirmed that Scott was in treatment and called the breach of trust “really, really so horrible.”
“They leaked his real conversations with the therapist, you know? He’s just been him and the therapist,” she said. “He says he’s never been betrayed in his life and that he’s packed up and that he’s really coming home and that he’s really overwhelmed. Especially because he’s actually working on himself and like his traumas.”

In her own confession, Kourtney said that anyone who leaks the information “should be really ashamed of themselves.” She added, “Everyone deserves to deal with their past traumas in privacy. He was completely violated.”
Scott entered a rehabilitation facility in Colorado earlier this year to “work on his past traumas,” a facility he left immediately after a photo of him there was leaked to the press.
At the time, he said he believed a member of staff at the facility took the photo and intended to prosecute.
The president of All Points North Lodge also told TMZ at the time that “the protection of our clients’ personal and confidential information is of the utmost importance to us” – and if “any information about any customer was ever obtained from APN facilities and delivered to a media outlet, “they would take legal action.
TooFab has reached out to the facility for comment.
