Kodak Black He is angry at Walmart, alleging that the mega store is allowing someone to sell a fake version of one of its famous chains, and is threatening a lawsuit if it doesn’t stop, but the retail giant is blaming third-party sellers.
Here’s the deal … Walmart is being dragged online because its website features a cheap chain that looks almost identical to the Sniper Gang bling Kodak it’s generally great.
Kodak’s lawyer, Bradford Cohen, he tells TMZ … “We have been aware of the situation and have prepared a cease and desist letter to Walmart and the vendor on the Walmart website.”
The rapper’s legal team adds … “If Walmart refuses to acknowledge that the seller is not an authorized authorized distributor of Sniper Gang products, we will proceed with a lawsuit against Walmart and the unauthorized seller.”
Kodak is currently serving a 46-month prison sentence for possession of weapons.
Kodak’s protégé JackboyHe also called Walmart for selling the Sniper Gang chains … and he also threatens legal action.
It appears that the company learned of Kodak’s wrath, they tell us that they are taking steps to remove the knockoffs and that the chains are strictly from an outside vendor.
