Kobe Bryant’s Birthday: Vanessa Bryant puts heartfelt message on her 42nd birthday

“To my baby ~ Happy Birthday. I love you and miss you more than I can ever explain. I wish you and Gigi were here to celebrate YOU! I wish I could give you your fav food or a birthday cake with my Gigi “I miss you big hugs, your kisses, your smile, your loud ass deep laughs,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

“I miss you pestilence, make you laugh and burst your bubble. I miss you sitting on my lap like my big baby that you are. I think all the time of your tenderness and patience. I think of everything you would do. in situations to help me deal with anything that gets in my way. ”

Vanessa Bryant’s post is about her personal battle, since Kobe, 13-year-old Gigi and seven others died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California, on January 26. The longtime Los Angeles Lakers star and others on board were on their way to a basketball game at the Mamba Sports Academy in Thousand Oaks.

“Our lives feel so empty without you and Gigi. I’m completely broken inside. As much as I want to cry, I put a smile on my face to make our daughters’ days a little brighter. I’m not the strong one, that’s them. “They are strong and resilient. I am sure you are proud of them. They put a smile on my face every day,” she wrote.

“I wish I could wake up from this terrible nightmare. I wish I could surprise our girls and welcome you and Gigi home with us. I’m crazy I did not go first. I always wanted to go first, so I was not selfish.” “I had to feel this sadness. You would miss me. Gigi must have been here with her sisters. It must have been me.”

Finally, she thanks Kobe for showing her what true love is and for “loving me enough to last several days of her life.”

“I know my Gigi will treat you like she always has on our special days. I miss my thought princess so much! Natalia, Gianna, Bianka, Capri and I wish you a happy birthday my love. I love you for now, forever and forever, “she wrote.
