On July 24, the streaming service will remove the highly anticipated Kissing booth sequel, which will continue where the first movie was. But as expected, the couple has some obstacles ahead when Noah begins a new journey at Harvard University. Elle and Noah finally got together at the end of The kissing booth – And it happened with the blessing of Lee Flynn (Joel Courtney). But still, the couple only received one summer of happiness before Noah left for college.
Now, The kissing booth 2 The trailer presents a new challenge: Can Elle and Noah’s long distance relationship last? In the promotion released on July 6, Elle reveals that “exactly 27 days” have passed since her summer with Noah ended and she is about to start her first day of senior year. However, she is concerned that her boyfriend knows someone at Harvard.
Then the preview jumps to Noah apparently flirting with another girl named Chloe (Maisie Richardson-Sellers). And as the trailer progresses, Elle seems to lose confidence in her boyfriend.
Meanwhile, Elle meets Marco (Taylor Zakhar Pérez) and her story seems to mirror that of Noah from the first movie. Marco is the latest hot product from school and Lee tells Elle to take him to the kisses booth. In the trailer, Marco declines and seems to provoke something with Elle. Later, the two characters have a moment together on the beach.
At first, Marco questions Elle’s relationship with Noah. “Do you think you and Noah were meant to be together?” he says. In response, Elle says, “I always thought we were.” Then, in another take, Marco adds, “If I found someone smart, funny, and I like what I like, I’d hang on to them.”
The kissing booth 2 The promotional trailer also offers another conflict Elle is dealing with during her senior year. For years, Elle and Lee have wanted to attend UC Berkeley because that is where their mothers became best friends. However, Noah wants his girlfriend to go to college, and Elle says she only applied to Tufts, Boston College, and Harvard. So naturally, when Lee finds out, she’s upset.
But whether you’re dealing with Noah or Lee, Elle’s journey in The kissing booth 2 hopefully he will incite her to forge her own path. And as a voiceover in the trailer suggests, Elle needs to ask herself if it’s worth changing her plans for someone else.
Fans React To ‘The Kissing Booth 2’ Trailer
When Netflix dropped the Kissing booth 2 In the trailer, fans rushed to social media to express their enthusiasm.
“I can’t wait to see the movie,” wrote one fan on Instagram.
“I have many thoughts,” wrote another fan. “About how many seconds are left until July 24.”
Meanwhile, other viewers began to worry about Elle and Noah, questioning whether or not the couple would stick together in the sequel.
“I hope Elle and Noah stay together,” wrote a fan in response to the trailer.
That said, some Kissing booth Fans are in conflict, but willing to give Marco a chance.
“I swear that if Elle and Noah are broken by this Framework, I will get depressed,” wrote a fan on YouTube. “But then again, I want her to be with Marco because he seems like a great guy.”
Whether or not Elle and Noah end up in The kissing booth 2, it seems the fans are ready for the trip. Although if you can’t wait another moment, I just know that the Netflix sequel is based on the Beth Reekles book, The Kissing Booth 2: Going the Distance. But if you can hold on, the new movie will be released on July 24. So prepare yourself.
