Kirsten Dunst has no idea why Kanye West included her in his latest presidential campaign art.
On Wednesday, West – who announced his presidency for 2020 in July – announced shared a collage on Twitter with “Kanye 2020 Vision” in boxes next to a whole bunch of faces, including Dunst’s, like Vogue’s Anna Wintour.
“What is the message here, and why am I separate from it? the 38-year-old actress responded to West’s post.
A rep for Dunst confirmed Thursday to Page Six that West did not move forward, nor was he authorized to use her photo. A source also told us permission to use the photo of Wintour was not granted.
“Anna has been a staunch supporter of the Democratic Party for many years, and is very committed to helping Biden / Harris win this November,” a Vogue spokeswoman said in a statement Thursday.
Earlier this summer, West announced he would run for president as a member of the “Birthday Party,” despite missing submission deadlines to get into the vote in several states. He is currently voting in three states and was suspended from voting in Illinois due to invalid signatures.
Last week, West unveiled its 2020 market share “Vision”, a hat and T-shirt that turned out to have a similar design to the Vision Street Wear skate brand.
West has also released a presidential platform on its “Kanye 2020” website.
