Kill the Justice League is officially the name of Rocksteady’s next game

Gotham Knights is also confirmed

The pieces fall into place, all accidental and chaotic. That’s exactly how Joker and his gang of misfit criminals want it.

A detailed schedule for the upcoming DC FanDome has revealed some of the August 22 thunderstorms from Rocksteady from their new Suicide Squad match. Now we know that the game is officially titled Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. An unlikely subtitle, but one that makes Rocksteady’s next attempt even more interesting.

The Rocksteady panel is hosted by Will Arnett, which is an interesting choice to lead the discussion. There’s some history, because Arnett Batman explained it LEGO films. Come on!

That’s not the extent of WB’s FanDome game revealed. The next WB Montreal game will be announced there as well, which means it’s definitely DC Comics related. This project has leaked over the past few months, and it is probably mentioned Gotham Knights. This is apparently another Batman match. WB Montreal was the studio responsible for Arkham Origins that was the fourth (and kind of forgotten) game under Rocksteady’s Arkham trilogy.

Really though, this is all just confirmation of the rumors that have been swirling since June. Looks like all those leaks were spot-on. In eight days we will learn about more than just the premise and the branding. We will actually be watching the coming time of DC Comics video games in one place.
