Kickstarter cautionary tale ‘Unsung Story’ hits Steam Early Access Access tomorrow

Behind Matsuno’s name, Unsung Story With the help of about 16,000 supporters, Kickstarter raised 60,660,126. However in the first half of 2014, the development team seemed to be making good progress on the game. And then came the frequent and extended period where Playdeck shared no updates. They were punctuated by the company’s mixed message.

Playdeck’s questionable behavior then ended in 2017. After eight months of radio silence, the company announced that it was leaving the project. The new developer and publisher, known as Little Orbit, known for creating licensed games based on properties such as Barbie and Kung Fu Panda, was preparing to take over the position. Little Orbit claims that he didn’t get any of the money from the Plack Deck the kickstarter and had to start working on the game from the start.

Over the next few days, the studio says it will email the steam key to everyone who supports the project. Little Orbit finally hopes for a port Unsung Story On other platforms including Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. It’s hard to say whether the game will live up to anyone’s expectations at this stage, but the fact that it ultimately makes its way to the people is more than anyone would have seen in 2017.
