Keno Reeves says he missed playing his favorite Marvel Hero: ‘It’s too late’

Keenu Reeves has played many iconic heroes on the big screen

Because of his breakout role as Ted “Theodore” Logan Bill and Ted’s excellent adventure, Reeves has played a ton of action heroes. The ‘John Wick’ star has always wanted to play this Marvel superhero

On a recent look at the SiriusXM show Radio Andy, Reeves was asked if he has had a role in the past that he prefers to play. And it didn’t take long Music facing Bill and Ted The star admitted that he would prefer time-travel to return to a particular Marvel mutant.

“I always wanted to play Wolverine. … Frank Miller’s Wolverine? For sure, ”Reeves said, explaining which version of the Marvel Comics character he chooses. Frank Miller collaborated with Chris Claremont in the 1980s to give Wolverine his first spin-off comic.

Reeves’ Bill and Ted Co-star Alex Winter jumped in, explaining that it was “not too late” for Reeves to take Wolverine. But Reeves seems to have made peace with the fact that he never got a chance to fulfill his Marvel superhero dream. Instead Hugh gave Jackman an iconic turn.

Is it really too late for Reeves to play Wolverine in the Marvel movie?

Reeves claims that he is “good [not playing Wolverine] Now but has all hope for him to play Wolverine really been lost? After all, MCU is currently without one and will almost certainly need to be introduced at some point. And rumors keep circulating that Marvel Studios is actively pursuing Reeves. Yet, perhaps Reeves is not interested in another long-term franchise commitment.

However, the lead from the actor’s second timeline to Wolverine, a future version of the character or a single spin-off will also be appropriate. With John Wick Putting it on top, Reeves is an almost inevitable addition to the current superhero franchise. But will Marvel eventually find him the right role, or will DC persuade him to return as John Constantine?
