The couple share two children, Garrett and Addison, and while some are excited to learn that they are pregnant again, others are seriously concerned about Kendra’s well-being.
Joe and Kendra Duggar started a family when they were still teenagers
When Joe and Kendra started courting, Kendra was only 18, which is generally the minimum age for the Duggars – and families who live similarly – to start a court ship. The two do not waste time getting to know each other, because the Duggars and the Caldwells (Kendra’s family) have been friends for years. After a two-month courtship, Joe proposed.
The pair tied the knot in September 2018, and Kendra immediately became pregnant. Within three months of the wedding, the two had announced a pregnancy, and Kendra welcomed her first child, Garrett, when she was 19 years old.

Baby no. 3 comes less than a year after her announcement of her second child
Kendra and Joe were quick to expand their family after welcoming their first child. By the time Kendra was 20, the two announced another pregnancy, and they were welcoming their daughter, Addison, when Kendra was 21 and Joe was 24.
From there, it did not take long for fans to begin to suspect that Kendra might be pregnant again. Before taking her second announcement about pregnancy, she took a hiatus from social media. And this summer, fans noticed that Kendra was nowhere to be found on her family’s social media account. Fans were equally impressed when Joe and Kendra announced on August 19 that baby no. 3 arrived in February 2021 – the announcement was made less than a year after the two welcomed their daughter.

Some viewers worry about how many children the two have
It is not uncommon for Duggar families to have many children; Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar have 19 biological children and one adopted child. Now, some viewers are increasingly concerned about Kendra’s well-being with so many children at such a young age; she became 21 years pregnant with her third baby.
“Kendra must slow down,” read one Reddit post. “Jesus gives her body time to heal,” someone else wrote. “I would not be surprised if she makes it to 25 children,” added another person. ‘If this were not so tragic, it would be entertaining. Poor, simple girl turns 22 with 3 children, ”added one user.

While some of the show’s viewers were concerned about Kendra’s health, other fans were excited to learn what she was expecting. Joe and Kendra’s Instagram announcement was filled with loving comments from fans. Congrats to you both! What a blessing, ”wrote one of them. “Babies make nothing but new blessings,” someone else said. “Such a fun way to announce,” added another fan. Some think that Joe and Kendra will have more children than Michelle and Jim Bob, although they are technically still a bit behind.
