Kate Middleton & Prince William’s Virtual Bingo session gets bad feedback

  • Kate Middleton and Prince William visited Shire Hall Care Home in Cardiff, Wales earlier this week.
  • During lockdown, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge hosted a virtual bingo game for residents at the care home.
  • One of the residents gave face-to-face with the royals some very feedback about the couple’s bingo skills, and it was captured on camera.

Kate Middleton and Prince William have had a busy week, with the couple visiting a number of places in Wales as the lockdown by the UK continues to lift.

After a visit to the coastal town of Barry Island, Kate and William were able to visit Shire Hall Care Home in Cardiff, Wales. The Cambridges already had a connection to the care home, and almost hosted a bingo game for residents during the coronavirus lockon.

In a video shared on Twitter, Kate and William could be seen talking to one nursing home resident about the virtual game. When William revealed that he did not quite impress the resident in question, Joan Drew Smith, with her bingo skills, she cheekily replied, “Yes, you did a bloody shitty job.” Understandably, Kate and William burst out laughing, as did other people in the room.

According to ELLE UK, Prince William found the moment hilarious, and even told nursing home staff afterwards, “I love Joan, she’s brilliant. If only she were just as honest as her.”
