Kanye West says he and Jared Kushner talk ‘almost daily’, reports report

Kanye West has reportedly been in regular contact with President Trump’s son-in-law since his announcement to the White House, so much so that the rapper told people around him that the two were talking “almost every day.” Sources cited by Forbes on Wednesday said the reported meeting between adviser Jared Kushner of West and White House last week was not one-time, but part of a much closer relationship that has led some within the West to suspect that Kushner is trying to take advantage of the star’s mental problems during his spoiler campaign. West has not denied that his long-range campaign is intended to support a belly for Trump’s Democratic opponent, Joe Biden, and although both Trump and his campaign have denied involvement, there have been many signs that suggest – including a lawyer representing the Trump campaign claims following the West Wisconsin nomination paper.

One source close to West told Forbes that Kushner appeared to be using a form of ‘reverse psychology’ in his interactions with the rapper. West, in turn, insisted to associates that “Jared is scared and does not want me to run because he knows I can win.” But he still described the White House adviser who sees Trump’s re-election campaign as his ‘boy’. After first revealing that Kushner once told him, “We have no Black leaders – we just have hustlers,” according to Forbes, West had second thoughts and tried to keep that quote out of print. ‘I love Jared. I was just … that’s my boy, you know? That’s really my boy. “I would rather not let his name fall,” he was quoted as saying.
