Broken down by demographics, West received 2 percent of the Black vote and 4 percent of the Spanish vote. The demographic group in which he did best was that in Generation Z, where he received 6 percent support.

West has successfully submitted paperwork to appear on the ballot in a handful of states, including Wisconsin and Ohio, where he is expected to receive help from Republican operatives. West said in an interview last week that he is “Do not refuse” that his campaign seeks to undermine Biden’s White House bid.

The Politico-Morning Consult poll collected responses from 1,983 likely voters from August 9 to 10 and reported an error margin of plus or minus 2 percentage points.
