Justin BieberHe pursues 2 users of social networks, whom he suggests could be the same person, for accusing him of sexual assault, alleging that the accusations are “factually impossible” and part of a plan to seek attention and fame.
Bieber is suing 2 Jane Does, who pass Danielle and Kadi on social media: for defamation of what he calls “malicious” claims, he sexually assaulted them in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Bieber has “indisputable documentary evidence” to demonstrate that his sexual assault claims are nothing more than “scandalous and fabricated lies.”
First is Danielle, who claims that Bieber sexually assaulted her in a room at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin, TX on March 9, 2014 after a music event. Bieber claims that there is no truth to Danielle’s allegation … and he can prove it.
According to the documents … Bieber made a surprise appearance on SXSW, but he did NOT stay at the Four Seasons Hotel or have a room there. Instead, he and his girlfriend at the time, Selena GomezThey left together after their performance at SXSW and stayed nearby at a rented property.
Bieber alleges that Danielle totally made up her story based on public reports that she ate at the Four Seasons restaurant on March 10, 2014.
As for Kadi … she claims that Bieber sexually assaulted her at the Langham Hotel in New York around 2:30 am on May 5, 2015. Once again, Bieber says this is really impossible and He calls Kadi’s social media post “an elaborate farce.”
According to Bieber … Kadi is a superfan waiting for him outside the hotels, he is desperate to meet him and desperate for fame. However, Bieber claims that Kadi never met him … and says he even admitted that in his own tweets AFTER the date he now claims he sexually assaulted her.
As for the May 5, 2015 indictment … Bieber claims Kadi made it because he knew Bieber attended the Met Gala.
According to the documents … Bieber attended the event, but then went to a private party after which he stayed until almost 4 in the morning, then hit a hot dog stand. Bieber claims that there is photographic evidence and several witnesses to this … and he calls Kadi’s 2:30 AM indictment an “impossibility, poor but damaging fabrication.”
According to the lawsuit … Bieber also believes that the 2 social media accounts could be run by the same person, or are a coordinated effort to ruin his reputation.
