Julie Chen has been the host of Big Brother since its inception on CBS. The TV personality is one of just like viewers watching at home. As Chen begins to analyze the game, she becomes passionate and during Thursday’s release, fans watched her get angry. After Nicole Anthony was fired from the house, Chen went to great lengths to mess up her own game by not trusting her allies.
How was Nicole Anthony pulled out?
It was another week of twists and turns within the Big Brother 22 house. This week, Memphis Garrett came to power and put David Alexander and Anthony on the block. The latter was nominated for expulsion after Garrett warned her to play the Safety Suite twist to ensure her safety.
After Anthony was nominated for eviction, she turned to Janelle Pierzina, who was her closest ally in the house. Anthony believed that Pierzina assured her that Garrett would not nominate her and blamed the BB fat for them not to protect.
All week Anthony went around the house campaigning and tried to gather votes to stay. To do this, she tried to distance herself from Pierzina, as she has an enormous target on her back.

Despite Anthony Pierzina walking into the house, the latter kept her cool and assured her that she was on her side and did the most to keep her safe. Pierzina worked with Kaysar Ridha to form an alliance that included Christmas Abbott, Kevin Campbell, Bayleigh Dayton and Da’Vonne Rogers. Their thought was to bind the evicted votes and Garrett broke the bond in Anthony’s favor.
Eventually, they could not gather enough votes to keep Anthony and her grandfather was sent home to talk to Chen.
Julie Chen confused by Nicole Anthony’s play
When Anthony came out of the house to be interviewed by Chen, she did not know what was coming her way. The CBS host told Anthony she was confused by her gameplay.
“I’m a little confused by your gameplay, explain to me, because Janelle and Kaysar are camping to stay you,” Chen said. ‘You do not seem to trust her. Is that correct? “
After Anthony admitted that she did not trust the people in her alliance, Chen asked her why.
“Because I really felt like they were with Memphis,” Anthony explained. “They told me they could file a good word with Memphis, so when I was nominated, I was shocked.”
Chen then confirmed that Pierzina had not lied to her and went on to ask what the latter did to Anthony.
‘Honestly I will admit, like talking to all the people in the house and hearing them all tell me they were reading and it came into my head. I will admit, I was wrong, ”Anthony added.

The recently evicted housemate then saw her farewell messages. As she watched, she realized she had it all wrong, but it was Chen’s last words to Anthony that really stung.
“Janelle had your back and she was crying about it herself,” Chen told Anthony.
“I feel so awful, so awful, it’s my mistake,” Anthony said as she cried.
“We only wish you Nicole, stay safe,” Chen added.
There was an awkward silence when Anthony realized she was blowing her own game and Chen added, “If I could give you a hug now, I would, but we can not cause these causal times.”
