We broke the story … the powerful couple just kicked a $ 40 million waterfront property on Miami’s super-exclusive island’s cap, and our sources there say locals can be more excited about it than J Lo and A-Rod.
We are told that the current inhabitants of Star Island believe that the arrival of J-Rod will bring the location, splendor and celebrity status that the area has been lacking lately … and, therefore, send property values to new heights.
It’s interesting because some big A-listers still call Star Home – Diddy en Gloria Estefan come to mind – but others have sold and moved in recent years … like Shaq en Rosie O’Donnell.
So, our sources say that J Lo and A-Rod fill that void more, while bringing even more glamor than ever … along with a fun whole atmosphere with their blend family.
We are told that the other stars on the island will also be happy when the soon-to-be-wed couple ends up paying the $ 40 mile paycheck … because, again, it’s great for everyone einline.
