Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez join their real estate collection with the $ 1.4 million Encino cabin


They already have luxurious homes in Miami, New York and Bel Air.

But Jennifer López and Alex Rodríguez spent $ 1.4 million on a small cabin in Los Angeles in the suburb of Encino in the San Fernando Valley.

The home is a modest 2,202 square feet with three bedrooms and two and a half baths, as Variety reports Sunday.

López, 50, officially bought the property, which appears to be an investment or for a family member, as she already owns a luxurious property in the area.

The new residential property was built in 1948 and features a newly renovated interior within the cream colored floor.

Inside the front doors, the house opens to an open floor plan with a combined living and dining room with light hardwood floors.

The combined rooms have high ceilings, with dark wood vaulted ceilings above the dining table, recessed lights, and ceiling fans.
