The media and the American public should be informed about the federal investigation into Biden’s son Hunter, who was elected president before last month’s presidential election, Rip. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio said Friday.
“The American people want to know what the heck is going on here,” said a ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, “The Ingram Angle.”

The Jordanian presidential transition team announced that the 50-year-old Hunter’s “tax matters” were under federal investigation after Jordan Biden spoke in his first public comment on the matter hours after Jordan endorsed his son.

Wilmington, Dale. Biden ignored Fox News’ Peter Doozy’s question, as reporters questioned the president-elect when Hunter responded to Biden’s guilt. He spoke to his son as soon as the investigation was revealed.
“I’m proud of my son,” Biden said as he left the stage.
Earlier Friday, the transition team’s weekly virtual press briefing passed without a single question regarding the investigation. The Biden-Harris team did not comment on the situation outside of its initial statement.
Hunter Biden revealed earlier this week that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware has been conducting an active investigation into its tax history. The investigation began in 2018, a source with knowledge of the situation told Fox News.
Jordan insisted that while the president-elect’s son’s financial dealings were an “important issue” before the election, the matter was not investigated by the media and was hidden by Democratic legislators. Jordan added that the Democratic Party has chosen a “compromising candidate” in Joe Biden.
“The fact that we didn’t know this important issue about the candidate for the highest position on the ground before election day, before the Americans made the decision – and before you really showed it, before the Democrats made their primary decision – is the fact that we didn’t know this. Just wrong, ”Jordan told host Laura Ingram.
