The Packers put AJ Dillon on the COVID-19 reserve list on Monday. He played 10 offensive accelerators and seven special team pics in the defeat to the Vikings on Sunday.

The team added Jamal Williams and linebacker Kamal Martin running back in the injury report on Monday, adding that “the injury is not related.” Williams and Martin were “close contacts,” according to ESPN reports in contact with Rob Demowski’s report. The league is evaluating whether the two players have high-risk close ties.

The league protocol would ban Williams and Martin from playing against the 49ers on Thursday night if they were considered “high risk”.

“One thing about our meeting room and our guy has done a great job of making sure we’re not within a 6-foot radius of each other and we’re out of distance,” said Packers coach Matt LaFleur through Demovsky. “We’ll see what the reports say when they do all the research that the league has to do. But we are confident that everything we do will be handled. ”

Walker-practice and physical distance meetings are allowed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays before the Packers leave for California. They don’t usually practice full scale on short weeks.

“We have to keep in mind everything we’re doing to make it as safe as possible, but we’ll be able to do most of our meetings – we’ll probably have a few shorter meetings where we’ll zoom in on some people – but for the most part, we’re just business Doing so, not usually but may be nearby, ”Laffler said.
