And Adrienne Banfield-Norris, Jada Pinkett Smith’s beautiful mother and Red Table Talk co-host, posted a brilliant selfie Thursday, showing off her six-pack abs.
The famous mother and former nurse, 66, looked decades younger in the mirror, in which she was seen wearing gym clothes that allowed her to glimpse her muscular abdomen.

Jada’s mom wears a white sports bra and black cropped leggings on the selfie, seen standing cross-legged demurely as she stands on her bedroom rug.
The post came a day before the latest Red Table Talk episode of mom and daughter broke records on Facebook Watch, when Jada, 48, and her husband Will Smith had a frank discussion about their marriage.

The couple have been in the process of discussing Jada’s ‘entanglement’ with rapper August Alsina, which took place during a brief break from her marriage to Will.
Pinkett Smith, who appeared on Friday’s Red Table episode, set a new record as the most-watched original Facebook episode in the first 24 hours, according to Variety.
Within 16 hours of the release of her revealing confessional, the segment, detailing her relationship with singer Alsina, was viewed more than 12 million times.

During the 12-minute episode, titled Jada Brings Herself to the Table, the actress and her husband Will, 51, shared the truth behind the rumors of their relationship and that of August.
Jada explained that she developed a friendship with August four years ago, but revealed that she and Will were going through a “difficult time” and that they had “basically broken up.”
The shocking confessional comes after both actors initially denied August’s claims that Will blessed him for a relationship with Jada.
On the Friday episode of Jada’s Facebook show, the Hollywood couple sat across from each other while setting the record straight and reaffirming their mutual commitment.
