Johnny Knoxville and Steve-O have already been hospitalized during the shooting of the 4K film S4, co-star Bam Margera revealed on Tuesday.
The cast of the iconic MTV comedy show has rejoined for the fourth feature film, but Johnny, 49, and Steve, 46, were injured just two days before the shooting, “jumping on a full-speed treadmill with band equipment.”
Bam, 41, broke the news for fans on his website, and Screen Rent reports that the pair are not seriously injured and will return to work when it is appropriate to do so.

He said: ‘Jacques has another day of filming and Steve-O and Knoxville band jumped on a full-speed treadmill with equipment and were hospitalized – like F ***** G Tuba. “
Describing his injuries, he added: ‘So yes, I’m here at the clinic, taking the AP *** test. Rock’Roll, oh yes – I’ve got scars too. Yes man. ‘

Despite doing well in their 40s, the cast, led by show creator Johnny, is preparing to return to the big screen for the latest installment in their hugely popular franchise.

The show has starred Knoxville, Bam Margera, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Dave England, Ryan Dunn, Ehren MG, Jason Aqua and Preston Lassi since his debut.
Despite the controversy surrounding her unconventional stunts, she remained an instant hit with fans, running three years before branching out into cinema with three spin-off films on MTV.

However there has been a series of tragedies and shocks since the release of the final film Jacques 3D.
The original cast-member Dunn was killed in an accident in 2011 when his Porsche 911 GT3 veered off the road at high speed, hit a tree and erupted in flames just nine days after his 34th birthday.
Meanwhile co-star Margarera has entered rehabilitation several times for drug, alcohol and mental health issues.
In 2019, he was fired from a commercial airline for allegedly being intoxicated while flying.
