The Los Angeles Lakers have one of the most talented rosters in the NBA. But if you look at it now, they don’t have two of their key players. Avery Bradley’s lack of availability and Rajon Rondo’s unexpected injury has put the Lakers in a difficult position. As Coach Vogel would seek to fill these spots, a former LeBron James teammate raised his hand to volunteer for the position.
When LeBron James joined the Miami Heat in 2010, he was the new face of the team. ‘The Heatles’ As they were known, they formed the nucleus of the team that won consecutive championships.
Mario Chalmers was a member of the 2008-15 Miami Heat. The point guard remained in South Beach for eight seasons before going to Memphis. During the period, he was part of the team that reached four consecutive NBA finals. Although Chalmers was not a regular holder, he did his fair share of contributions to the franchise.
Chalmers wants to meet LeBron James
As the Lakers face injury problems on a sudden note, they have to deal with the players they have on the list. The rotation of the team will be a big key now, since they do not have the main players Rajon Rondo and Avery Bradley.
A page called Top ball coverage, brilliantly captured Chalmers’ latest comment on the B / R post. The post was posted on Twitter, where you can see Bleach report providing an update that Rondo will need to undergo surgery on his fractured thumb.
Chalmers quickly expressed interest in the vacant position and wrote: “It seems like @lakers needs another pg … … having been waiting patiently and working.”

The 34-year-old had been playing for AEK Athens in Greece and even won the Greek Cup this year. But now he is a free agent. Chalmers, a two-time NBA champion, wants to meet LeBron James momentarily by joining the Lakers.
Although the move can barely happen, Chalmers simply scoffed that the Lakers just lost point guard Rajon Rondo to injury. The NBA transaction window ended on June 30, which means that teams cannot sign any replacement player.
The Lakers have to find a rotation pattern to replace Bradley and Rondo, as they have acquired the services of Dion Waiters and JR Smith, who can serve as effective replacements. These two would be critical in helping the Lakers secure a title shot this season.
