Medical Director Dr. Tony Holohan says there are “too many stories” of people with symptoms or waiting for tests that don’t follow instructions.
He is also concerned that contacts do not restrict his movements.
He also asked people to “Spread the word and make sure we all know what to do if we contract Covid-19 or if we have symptoms of Covid-19 or if we are waiting for a test result. “
We need cases and contacts to act fully on the advice.

It comes when the Department of Health has confirmed tonight three more deaths and 939 additional new cases of Covid-19.
It brings the total number of Covid-19 related deaths in Ireland to 1,885.
There are also now a total of 58,067 confirmed Covid-19 cases in Ireland, with tonight’s figures.
The Health Department said that of the cases reported today: 444 are men while 483 are women, 66 percent are under 45 years of age and the average age is 32 years.
262 of the current cases are in Dublin, while there are 96 in Cork, 61 in Meath, 53 in Galway, 51 in Donegal, and the remaining 413 cases are spread across all the remaining counties.
There are currently 344 people in the hospital with Covid-19 and another 37 people with the virus in the ICU.
It occurs as yesterday 1,025 new cases of Covid-19 were registered in the Republic.
The Health Department also revealed that the incidence rate of 14 days per 100,000 in the country is now 309.9.
There have also been a total of 14,758 new cases of the virus from October 12 to midnight October 25.
