Three men were arrested after Gardai seized suspected € 57,500 worth of heroin and crack in a raid in North Dublin.
The drugs were discovered yesterday afternoon in an apartment on North Circular Road, Dublin 7.
The raid was carried out by gardai from the Bridewell district around 2:30 pm.
During the search, heroin worth 49,000 euros and crack cocaine worth 8,500 euros were found.
The three men, two in their thirties and one in their forties, were arrested at the scene and are currently being held at Bridewell Garda Station under section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
A garda spokesperson said: “This operation represents significant progress in the ongoing investigation into the illegal sale and supply of drugs in the Dublin 7 area.”
