SPECULATION is growing that Jim McGuinness will play a casual role with the Galway footballers for the next several months after Pádraic Joyce hired the former Donegal coach for a training session today.

ootage surfaced on McGuinness’ social media putting the Galway team to the test at Tuam Stadium today, sparking talk of a sensational return to the inter-county fold for the highly acclaimed Glenties clubman.

McGuinness guided Donegal to All-Ireland’s success in 2012 and, while unlikely to be a regular fixture within the setup, Joyce may turn to her old friend from college again – they combined to lift Cup honors.
