Teen Arrested After Man Was Stabbed On Property In Dublin Morning Attack

A teenage girl was arrested after a man was stabbed on property in Dublin City yesterday morning.

Pearse Street officers rushed to the facility site on College Street at 10 a.m. after the alarm was raised.

Two women were understood to have been in a fight and a staff member who tried to intervene was stabbed in the altercation.

He was taken by ambulance to St. James’s Hospital, where he is currently recovering from non-life threatening injuries.

An 18-year-old was arrested at the scene and taken to the Garda station on Pearse Street, where she has since been charged in connection with the incident.

A Garda spokeswoman told Dublin that “investigations are ongoing.”
