“However, while stabilizing in the hospital, this later escalated to Cauda Equina Compression / Syndrome, which required emergency spinal surgery to prevent permanent damage.
“If it weren’t for Dr. Aftab and his keen diligence, care, attention and skills, I would not be leaving this hospital with the prospect of leading the normal life I have always envisioned,” he wrote.
“There are no words that come close to describing my gratitude to you Syed, thank you.
“And to Georgia and all the wonderful nurses and health care assistants who dried my tears, comforted my fears, cleansed me, and allowed me to maintain my dignity in times when I thought I would lose it… you are incredible human beings to do what want. do, thank you. “
