PIERS Morgan has criticized Boris Johnson’s coronavirus blocking plans saying: “I can see thousands of strangers in the park but not my own children.”
The Good Morning Britain presenter, 55, was out of the show last week after suffering from shortness of breath, cough and fatigue.

But on his return today he criticized the Prime Minister’s speech to the nation last night.
Co-host Susanna Reid welcomed him and asked how he was feeling.
Piers replied, “I feel good, except that I am extremely frustrated by what I saw last night.
“I don’t know where it leaves us and I don’t understand the sequence of events here.
“Boris Johnson erases 15 minutes of primetime, Sunday night television, to address the nation.
“And you hope that when you get that much time on a Sunday night at seven o’clock you will get a lot of detail that clarifies everything.”
Instead, we get a load of his usual flare, bravado, bellicose rhetoric, and punches. But when it comes to the details, I don’t know where he leaves us. “
Piers also criticized the Prime Minister on Twitter for the new rules, claiming that “they don’t make sense.”
He wrote: “So the Prime Minister urges millions of nonessential workers to go out to work, but he also tells people that we still cannot see family or friends, even if we maintain the same rules of social distancing as workers. non-essential at work?
“It doesn’t make sense. I can drive hundreds of miles for sunbathing with complete strangers on a beach, keeping a distance of 2 meters, but don’t I see my parents? This is ridiculous.
“I haven’t seen two of my children in 10 weeks. They live 10 minutes away, next to a large common field. Am I allowed to go see them if I stay 2 meters away? The answer seems to be no, yet I can see thousands of strangers per day in my local park if I stay 2 meters away.
“Do I have to get temporary jobs for my children and myself at a construction site in order to see them?”
Viewers were divided over Piers’ return today, with a saying: “I must admit you got it right from the start! We are all confused. That message was so damaging to the public right now!”
Another added: “That is the best Piers has said in weeks.”
A third said, “Welcome back to Docks. Don’t forget in Wales and Scotland that they still tell us to stay home luckily.”
However, others were not so happy to see him back, and one said: “Morgan’s ramblings are getting more and more deranged. Who would have thought that was possible?”
One second said: “Negativity. Let me explain. Boris said ‘More details will be explained in the commons tomorrow and in the 5PM briefing.’ No confusion, wait and find out what you are going to say today just as we all have to do. You’re losing control. “
In his speech to the nation, Boris revealed a detailed roadmap on how to get Britain back on its feet, but still keep the deadly virus under control.

Most of Britain’s stringent closure measures will remain in place for now, as it is still too early to make major changes, he said.
Piers tested negative for coronavirus after developing symptoms.
He told fans last week: “UPDATE: My COVID-19 test was negative.
“My doctor recommended that I do the test after developing possible coronavirus symptoms, and I had the right to do it as a government-appointed essential worker.”
