Paddy Power ordered Declan Rice and Jack Grealish’s undercard to be brought down ahead of England-Ireland clash

Paddy Power was ordered to remove a billboard about Declan Rice and Jack Grealish by the FA.

The bookmaker showed the Wembley Way ad ahead of England’s friendly with the Republic of Ireland tonight.

The cheeky poster appeared to show a projected heat map for the snake-shaped Three Lions stars.

The gag comes after both players infamously pledged their loyalty to England after starring in the Boys in Green at the underage level.

Rice confirmed that he had declared for England after turning down a call-up from Ireland, winning three internationals with Martin O’Neill’s team in the summer of 2018.

The 21-year-old has established himself as a regular England player who switches sides, winning eleven games for Gareth Southgate’s side.

Aston Villa star Grealish decided to play for England in September 2015, but has only played two international matches, making his debut in September.

The midfielder made six appearances for the Ireland Under-21 team between 2013 and 2014.

Both players are on the England team for tonight’s friendly clash and are expected to participate.
