A man died today after a three-car traffic collision in Co Donegal.
ardaí are currently at the scene of the fatal collision involving two jeeps and a car that occurred at approximately 9:20 am today in Admiran, Stranorlar, Co Donegal.
The driver of the car, a man in his 60s, was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital in critical condition.
He has since passed away as a result of his injuries. An autopsy will be performed at a later date.
No other injuries to people were reported.
The road is currently closed while forensic collision investigators are conducting an examination of the scene. There are local deviations.
Gardaí in Ballybofey is asking witnesses to this collision and road users who may have camera footage (including dash cam) traveling in the area at this time so that these images are available to Gardaí.
