Lottery bosses have confirmed that last night’s € 1 million winning EuroMillions ticket was sold in Dublin.

The life-changing prize was won in the Irish Unique Raffle drawing on Tuesday night.

The draw was the first in the highly anticipated EuroMillions ‘Fortnight of Fortunes’ event that is guaranteed to make five new millionaires in Ireland over the next two weeks with a series of special ‘Ireland Only Raffle’ events.

These raffle events mean that there will be a guaranteed Irish winner of € 1 million in each EuroMillions drawing on Tuesday November 3, Friday November 6 and Tuesday November 10.

The ‘Fortnight of Fortunes’ will come to an end on Friday, November 13, when not one, but two EuroMillions players in Ireland will win a life-changing million euros each.
