Viewers were flooded with tears after Ryan Tubridy joined an “inspiring girl” on the Late Late Toy Show.

Galway girl Saoirse Ruane boldly opened up about having her leg amputated last year.

Saoirse had complained to her mother Roseanna about a pain in her ankle and after going to the doctor, she was referred to the ER and the doctors feared a bone fracture.

But, heartbreakingly, it turned out to be a cancerous tumor, ultimately leading to the young woman losing her leg.

The adorable eight-year-old’s heart melted when she told Ryan about her three wishes after falling ill.

The first was appearing on the Late Late Toy Show, something that came to him on Friday night.

Being able to walk for Christmas was his second, something he did with style to massive applause from the virtual audience.

And thirdly, he dreamed of going on vacation with his family.

So Tubs, with the help of Aer Lingus and BFG, surprised Saoirse and her mother with a unique trip to Disneyland in Florida!

Twitter users were in tears as the inspiring girl melted hearts across the country.

And after Saoirse showed up with Ryan, the Toy Show lure, rather than the usual competition, raised a staggering € 830,000 in just minutes.

Saoirse, you really are such a brave and wonderful girl!
