Temperatures will change by 17 degrees tomorrow as a mild and mostly sunny week is expected.

Today it will be warm and dry for the most part with sunny periods and maximum temperatures of 16C, but it will freeze in places at night, with the possibility of frost.

However, temperatures will rise again on Thursday to very mild 17 degrees, although there will be some rain in some places.

“However, most areas will remain dry today with periods of sunshine and moderate winds from the northeast. Sunny in most parts tonight.

“Although cool in Leinster and Ulster with maximum temperatures of just 9 to 12 degrees Celsius; but milder elsewhere with peaks ranging from 12 to 16 degrees Celsius, the best values ​​in the southwest counties.

“Tonight will be dry and clear, beyond a few rains on the northern shores later. Cold in the light north breeze; lower temperatures of 0 to 4 degrees Celsius, with some possible late frosts.

“Dry and sunny on Thursday, however, the clouds will sometimes accumulate with some rain over Ulster. It feels softer with maximum temperatures ranging from 11-17 degrees Celsius, the best values ​​in southwest Munster. Winds will be light and variable mostly to the north in the direction “.

And temperatures will continue to rise throughout the weekend and the beginning of next week, with a period of warm weather on the way.

A forecaster added: “It remains mostly dry on Friday, outside of well-dispersed rains throughout the north and northwest.

“The best of sunlight will occur in the morning, but in general the afternoon and night will bring overcast skies. Maximum temperatures of 12 to 16 degrees Celsius, with light to moderate breezes from the northwest.

“Dry after dark under a broken cloud with minimum temperatures ranging from 2 to 5 degrees Celsius.
