Gardai is investigating a suspicious approach by a schoolboy in Co Wexford on Wednesday.
A man in a vehicle approached a high school student in his late teens and allegedly asked him to enter.
The boy was walking towards Aclare in Campile and reportedly ignored the driver before he finally left.
Gardai confirmed that they are investigating the incident and are requesting witnesses.
The boy was said to have been shaken, but was not injured in any way.
A Garda spokesman said: “The Gardaí is investigating a report of an alleged suspicious approach of a man in his late teens that was reported to have occurred in Campile yesterday, September 30 at approximately 4:45 pm.”
