The Rebel Óg Premier Minor Football Championship final sees Glanmire take on Douglas and all the action is live.
Defending champion Douglas will be looking to retain his crown but will face a Glanmire team led by the great Tomás Ó Sé de Kerry.
Both sides went through the difficult side of the frame, beating Nemo Rangers and Ballincollig along the way. Glanmire beat Douglas in the group opener in late July, but the defending champions, with four members of Cork’s all-Ireland junior winning team from a year ago, bounced back impressively with wins over Nemo and excellent display. to beat Ballincollig.
Glanmire lost to Ballincollig in the same group, but recovered well and edged Ibane Gaels in the semi-final at Clonakilty last week. Douglas, meanwhile, did enough to beat Inniscarra in the other semifinal, 1-10 to 0-8.
