Gardai issued a warning after receiving multiple reports from a person lurking “in the bushes” in Kildare.
The disgusting disgust is said to have recently crept over walkers in broad daylight in Naas.
Some reported that the man had been acting suspiciously in the bushes before approaching.
A series of incidents are understood to have occurred in the Naas Lakes area on Tuesday, May 5 around 5-7pm, Dublin Live reports.
Investigative officers have asked anyone with information to come forward to help with their queries.
This Kildare area has been very popular with families in recent days, but Gardai has been forced to withdraw people from the area as large gatherings began to take place.
A Garda spokesperson said: “With the good weather over the weekend, we have noticed an increasing trend of people staying and gathering in public spaces, including open green areas and adjacent to waterways.”
“Everyone needs to stay home to help slow the spread of the coronavirus.”
