An investigation was launched after a teenage girl was allegedly raped on a Co Mayo playground.
The horrific incident took place in the Lowpark area of Charlestown in May on Saturday.
A forensic examination of the scene has been conducted.
A Garda spokesperson said: “Anyone with information, particularly anyone in the vicinity of the Square and / or Lowpark areas of Charlestown between 2pm and 8pm, should contact Garda at Claremorris at 094 937 2080 or with the confidential Garda line at 1800 666 111. ”
