Hello and welcome to tonight’s live blog.

Having lost all three of their matches so far, Dundalk’s hopes of reaching the knockout stages of the competition appear slim.

They can even play half an eye tonight in Sunday’s FAI Cup semi-final against Athlone.

However, even if it turns out to be irrelevant in terms of progression, a victory would certainly be a welcome morale boost at this stage of the season for the Irish team.

And victory seems far from impossible. Arguably his best performance of this year’s European campaign so far came in the reverse match in Austria.

Although they were ultimately defeated 4-3, Filippo Giovagnoli’s men were unlucky enough not to win any game points.

Tonight, they will be hoping for a better result, with a victory that brings them to the point level in the group with tonight’s opponents.
